_____________________ A section of the nose from United 727 N7452U is used by the Phoenix Fire Department for training purposes. The aircraft section was removed and placed on a flatbed trailer at Goodyear (GYR) in early 2006. The aircraft section is seen above after being towed to the Executive ramp during a training exercise in 2009. The aircraft section is seen below near the northwest corner of the airport where it is usually stored when not in use by the Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting unit. _____________________ |
